Theft of Your Vehicle or House Keys in the UK

If your car, motorbike or house keys are stolen in the UKandd you report the theft to the police and AXA Assistance, we will reimburse you the cost of replacing the key and lock up to £350.00. You will be entitled to immediate key and lock replacement.

Loss of Your Vehicle or House Keys in the UK

If you lose your car, motorcycle or house keys anywhere in the UK and they cannot be found for more than five days after reporting the loss to the policy and AXA Assistance, we will reimburse you the cost of replacement up to £350.00.

Loss or Theft of Vehicle or House Keys outside the UK

If your vehicle or house keys are lost or stolen in any of the European countries listed below*, we will authorise immediate key and lock replacement and reimburse you up to £350.00.

"Locked in" Car Keys

If your vehicle keys are locked in your vehicle or broken in the lock, we will pay up to £30 towards the call out charge.
